However, here are a few dishes that are going down a storm!
Wild and exotic mushroom risotto....
This has proved to be a big hit with both vegetarians and meat eaters alike. What makes it so special is the mix of wild and exotic mushrooms - our locally sourced mushrooms consist of enoki, shitake, brown beech, oyster and chanterelle, finished off with a good glug of truffle oil and a sprinkle of parmesan..... delicious!!!
This is another firm favourite, so simple and yet utterly delicious - delicious because it doesn't have a million and one ingredients to confuse the flavour. It really just consists of good quality free-range chicken marinated in garlic and lots of lemon. The secret is to rub the chicken with lemon zest and marinade for as long as possible. May seem like a summer dish but it's a show stopper all year round!
Minature beef tarts with white bean purée
These crostini are exceptionally pretty with the pink and green combination, and the wasabi gives quite a kick. Black sesame seeds add a little drama to the finished look. This is a firm favourite.
Clotted cream truffles
These are the perfect end to any meal - and being from the west country we had to include clotted cream!
